About

Build what you can measure. Scale what keeps converting.

I’m Can Elmas, a Fractional CMO & Growth Strategist. Since 2006 I’ve built the websites, stores, tracking and campaigns that help businesses grow — generating $50M+ in revenue for clients, from startups to enterprises.

I do not advise growth. I build it.

I started on the build side: design and development. That turned into SEO, paid media, conversion and CRM, because a site is only as good as the growth system around it. Today I work as a fractional growth lead, owning the number end to end and using AI and automation to move faster than a traditional team.

Approach

How I work

  • Built around KPIs

The work stays tied to what matters: qualified leads, stronger conversion, cleaner reporting, and a setup your team can evaluate honestly.

  • Technical enough to execute

Strategy is only useful when it can be implemented. I work across design, development, SEO, tracking and campaigns.

  • Systems over guesswork

Repeatable frameworks over random tactics, so the result is something your business can keep running, measuring and improving.

Why a CMO who can also build

Most growth problems sit between people: the agency runs ads, a freelancer handles SEO, a developer owns the site, and nobody owns the result. Because I can do the strategy and the implementation — tracking, landing pages, automations, stores — nothing gets lost in handoffs, and decisions are made on data we both trust.

That same technical depth is why I take AI seriously. AI search is changing how buyers find vendors, and AI agents are changing how marketing teams work. I use both: to make your brand visible where buyers now ask questions, and to automate the routine so your team can focus on decisions.

Hands-on by design

Consultants advise. I operate.

Most growth problems aren’t a shortage of ideas. They’re a shortage of people who will wire up the tracking, build the pages and run the campaigns week after week. That’s the part I take on.

We agree on one commercial goal at the start, and all my work is judged against it. I own the moving parts — measurement, channels, landing pages, automation — and keep them running. Each week you get a short written note: what shipped, what it did to revenue and what comes next.

By the end of month one you’ll know whether there is real revenue to unlock. I won’t stretch out an engagement that isn’t working, and the roadmap is yours to keep either way. You pay for work that goes live, not for talk about it.
