Who is responsible

What data is collected

  • Email: the details you include when you email me, used only to reply to your inquiry.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager collects anonymized usage data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) to understand how the site is used.
  • Booking: calls are scheduled through TidyCal, which processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
  • WhatsApp: if you message via WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under Meta’s privacy policy.

Legal basis and retention

Inquiry data is processed to respond to your request and kept only as long as needed for that purpose or a resulting business relationship. Analytics data is retained according to the GA4 retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing. Email hello@canelmas.com to make a request.
